about

The Aevolution will not be televised, but it will be cranked out en masse on rumbling soundsystems worldwide! Berlin’s Aeolho comes proper with the perfect package for his EP debut on Paradise Lost - four tracks to crack your brain and infect you with a fever for which the only cure is this talented producer's very own brand of future funk.
"Black Carbon Funk" gets things started off in a forward-looking fashion, showcasing Aeolho’s talent at mixing crisp beats with the sort of funkiness that has been missing in the darker side of the step for some time. This theme continues with "2054" which goes darker but maintains booty-shaking intensity throughout. Riskotheque, fresh off a devastating remix of Chewie's "Survival", returns to Paradise Lost as part of the collaborative team behind "The Force" - and what a force it is, not for good or evil, but to invoke pure dancefloor mayhem and headphone devastation! Finally, "Catalyze" gets introspective with emotive strings and a more subtle variation on this artist's signature bassline styles.
Aeolho's "Aevolution EP" - quality from start to finish... Trust your Paradise Lost mentors, we know what’s good for you!
