Following up on Paradise Lost's popular Deep Rooted Compilation which came out in 2010, we've taken things a bit deeper in the second installment of what is hoped to be a long-lived series. Deep Rooted Vol.2 features tracks by a host of highly talented bass music artists carving out niches in the deeper and usually darker territories of the genre.

Seattle's Dubtek, Germany's TKR and Twisted, and parttime label curators The SubDivision all return for encores on this volume, but we stack the deck wìth a ton of PL newcomers who you will be hearing much more from in the near future - acts such as Boot, Takomo, Aeolho, TZR and Press, Shredexx, Shureshotz, Void and Wagawaga all come along for the ride.

‘Eclectic’ is the common demoninator, with the tracks ranging from the deepest dub of Wagawaga's ‘Fritzness’ to the tribal atmospherics of Twisted's ‘Cannibalism’ and the technobass infusions of TKR and Takomo. Fans of previous Paradise Lost output are in for a treat - this one's as good on the home stereo or headphones as it is in the club!
